THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL ACTION MODE. LEVELS OF TRAINING IN THE BASED ON THE THEORY OF PROFESSIONAL ROLE

The formation of professionals has been object of concern along the history of education. It can be stated that it is one of the most serious problems in the context of the educational systems. Traditionally the intention has been to have the formation model meet the demands of the historical context regarding the formation of a professional capable of working integrally on the solution to the problems related to the pedagogical practice. This article focuses its study on the improvement of the professional pedagogical performance of the pre-service teachers from the Spanish and Literature major, based on the ever growing need of projecting a formation which from the early years may be guided through the coherent relation between science and the logical essence of the profession. Thus it may turn into actions oriented by the requirements established by the particular educational institution and society as well. The main theoretical result is that of a methodology that offers some formation levels for improving this pedagogical category as an essential quality that emerges from the theory of the professional role, as well as the dimensions and indicators that facilitate the evaluation of the changes taking place in the subjects from a sample taken for intensive studies.
