It is based on the methodology to develop such competence, understood as the continuous configuration of subjective meanings that articulate competent knowledge and regulate the individual's action based on their social mandate. The proposed actions emerge from a theoretical and interventional framework that contemplates the preparation of intra and intersubjective conditions, selection of resources, determination of the cooperation context, definition of educational management processes (with a detailed description of steps to manage information, human capital, innovation, gender perspective, institutional climate, and educational prevention) and the participation of the involved actors. Guidelines are provided for each sub-competence that makes up the management competence: interpersonal (motivation, communication, and guidance), instrumental (information management, human capital, and innovation), and systemic (climate, gender, and prevention). The actions facilitate the understanding and instrumentation of this complex professional competence in the current educational context. The article constitutes a valuable contribution for managers and researchers in search of ways to perfect the management processes in educational institutions from an approach of integral professional competence development.
Nilser Piñeda Cruz, Jorge Félix Parra Rodríguez, Michel Enrique Gamboa Graus Copyright (c) 2022 Michel Enrique Gamboa Graus https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://revistas.ult.edu.cu/index.php/didascalia/article/view/1290 Wed, 24 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The families. The experience of the authors, together with a study carried out in the educational institutions of the municipality of Las Tunas, revealed a problem related to the knowledge of families about the treatment of the crisis of three years in children, which limits an adequate action in this stage of formation and development of their children. As a solution proposal, a pedagogical alternative was elaborated aimed at its preparation, contained in different ways: reflection workshops, joint pedagogical activity, and family orientation library. In the research, methods of the theoretical level were used: inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic and modeling; of the empirical level: documentary analysis, observation, interview and survey that favored an approach to the objective situation of the families that were part of the sample. The transformation and a different interaction between educators and families in the educational work of children was verified.

Esnedy Muñagorri Salabarría, Catalina Virgen Gómez Parra Copyright (c) 2024 Esnedy Muñagorri Salabarría, Catalina Virgen Gómez Parra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://revistas.ult.edu.cu/index.php/didascalia/article/view/1571 Wed, 24 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000 A look into contextualization in the teaching of Molecular and Cellular Biology discipline https://revistas.ult.edu.cu/index.php/didascalia/article/view/1636
The article exposes the result of the carried-out studies on the conception of the teaching of the Molecular and Cellular Biology discipline in the teacher’s formation. This aspect represents the genesis of the problem in the stage of fixation, which does not allow students to transition from basic knowledge to higher levels for the internalization of its practical meaning. In this perspective, the idea is to develop a procedure with necessary actions to solve the described problem. When applied, it allows for the improvement of students' assimilation of concepts in the "Batalla Copo del Chato" high school in Las Tunas, Cuba. Additionally, the application of theoretical and empirical research methods allowed for the systematization of different theories, laws, and concepts in the field of education and mathematics to propose the development procedure. Despite the historical paradigms that guided the activities of the Prosecutor's Office as a prosecution body, in the modern adversarial system to which the Ecuadorian criminal system of prosecuting adheres, the prosecutor is a procedural subject who must act under principles of impartiality and objectivity even when it bears the burden of proof aimed at disproving the innocence of the accused. The authors used theoretical methods such as analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction, historical and logical, as well as scientific observation and surveys and interviews with teachers and students.

Keywords: inverse translation, intercultural competence, education.
Anabel González González, Pedro Antonio Machín Armas, María Elena Ayala Ruiz Copyright (c) 2024 Anabel González González, Pedro Antonio Machín Armas, María Elena Ayala Ruiz https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://revistas.ult.edu.cu/index.php/didascalia/article/view/2019 Wed, 24 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000
