ACTIONS FOR THE TRAINING OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES OF THE MUNICIPAL STRUCTURES OF THE MISSION ROBINSON IN THE STATE COJEDES OF THE BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA

The Bolivarian Revolution led by its eternal President Hugo Chávez has its essence in the formation of the socialism that is a process where the values and the beings' human attitudes the development of the society. The Mission Robinson, first of the revolutionary programs, facilitates the access to the education of all the Venezuelans, with the purpose of eradicate the illiteracy and to give continuity of studies until reaching the sixth grade. The methodological academic work allows us to qualify in turn to the municipal structures and these to the supervisors and facilitators so that they impart the knowledge with quality to the patriots, for what the training of the participant structures in the mission plays a primordial paper and essential since is through this formation technique that allows to improve its present or future yield, increasing its capacity through the improvement of its knowledge, abilities and attitudes.
