Abstract

The early stimulation as an essential component of the psychomotor development of children from 0 to 3 has been recognized in the change in the policies of attention in early education in Ecuador. The work that is presented is part of the research developed by the author, which includes an analysis of the main theoretical conceptions related to this process. It was considered as background to the subject the importance in these past six years has been given to the excellence that it is intended to achieve in a child's education. It reflects on the concepts that exist in the world to involve the family in the psychomotor development of children from 0 to 3, given that this is in the essence of the formative role of the child. Hence within the current policy involvement and education to parents and mothers is a basic activity.

Profesora Preprimaria. Licenciada en Publicidad. Especialista en Gerencia Estratégica de Comunicación Organizacional. Master en Administración Pública. Diplomado Formación Básica y en Educación Superior por Competencias. Docente Titular de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (ULEAM). Ex Coordinadora de la Especialidad Publicidad y Mercadotecnia de la Facultad de Comunicación de la ULEAM. Ex – Directora Provincial del Instituto de la Niñez y la Familia del Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social del Ecuador. Asambleísta por la Provincia de Manabí.
