Abstract

Considering the requirements of continuing education teacher, to act transforming the process that directs and self transforming; it is intended to provide guidelines for developing a methodology that contributes to the development of teacher reflection in the direction of the teaching-learning process. The methodology is characterized by a cultural-historical approach, based on work of practice in the management of the educational process as a means for the development of personal reflection and a logical structure of the moments to be taken into account in developing the reflection.
