THE ATTENTION TO THE DIVERSITY AND THE ATTAINMENT OF POSSIBILITIES FOR ALL IN THE PROCESS OF APPRENTICESHIP TEACHING

In the Cuban educational system, the task to convert opportunities for all, departing of the lacks and potentialities of everyone, it is not always understood the way it is, a commitment with the society. In this material, the authors try to explain the inescapable relation that it is establish between the attention to diversity and the need to convert the opportunities the student have in possibilities of preparation for all. It is developed departing of the elements that from the philosophical viewpoint serve as foundation to so noble aspiration, to achieve that students on the base of their capacities be able to convert the opportunities that the state offers in the role played by the school in possibilities of preparation for all, so that pupils reach a level of development much and more better with the guide of a responsible and committed teacher with the task. The material gathers important elements that from the psychological and didactic order, they must constitute support for any work developed with such purpose.
