A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO TRAINING COLLEGE STUDENT

Currently the Venezuelan university system is undergoing major transformations from various fields. Polytechnic Experimental National University of the Armed Forces (UNEF) does not escape these processes of change and is presented as a Socialist University, open to people and as an educational institution whose motto is "Excellence in Education", therefore, one of the more important aspects is focused on the formation of the college student and the design of the curriculum you have for this training. Therefore, in this paper the main constraints that are present in this process from having assumed theoretical framework that allows us to build a proposed development on a first approach, consistent with the mission of the Venezuelan higher education will be discussed. The methodology used is the qualitative type. The study was descriptive and field design; comprised of a population of 30 students, 10 tutors and 6 community actors. Concluding that the formation of the student is a complex, multidimensional and diverse process, which involves constant movement, where dialectical relationships that energize the same training given.
