PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF THE BASIC EDUCATION TEACHER IN ECUADOR

This research is guided in areas of professional profile of the Educational Basic Teachers, facing teaching processes learning which must be aligned with knowledge, actions, attitudes, procedures and attaining learning achievements named in the curriculum, whose skills and abilities that the future teacher implement in the educational process in a real and efficient manner, for which, it’s projecting human, general and specific abilities of teaching, proposal of research face the educational challenges generated by the current process of change and social dynamics by the educational community behavior in each of the institutions. Requirements, demands of the Higher Education Law, updating and strengthening the Curriculum requires teachers to fulfill their training actions forged the character compliance tasks, cognitive, procedural and attitudinal justified in practice. The research was based on the Quantifying-qualitative paradigm, through the collection and processing of information to comprehend, interpret, relate the educational phenomenon and explain properly. The proposal of this research work lies in structuring the graduate Professional Profile in Education Basic Sciences containing specific competence, with skills that create behavioral change and retraining of teachers in teaching and learning process, and they are evident, durable, effective and actual in their students in the educational process.
