The Integral Security Services Company S.A. (SEISA): a look at vocational training and professional guidance

The Integral Security Services Company S.A. (SEISA), in the year that has just ended, undertook the task of reviving vocational training and professional guidance in the territory where its headquarters are located. As one of its priorities, it begins to map the educational environment that surrounds the company, the ¨Manuel Martinez Prieto¨ Elementary School was selected to begin consolidating its objective, the links begin to be established, the collaboration agreement is signed, various contacts with the management of the school, the circle of interest is created and agreements are made for the beginning of a growing and beautiful relationship. It was determined what would be the program for a circle of interest created and in practice the satisfactory quality of the training process and professional orientation that precedes the entry into a career from an early age was verified.
