Local development projects in the subject Economic News of the Accounting and Finance major

Abstract

Cuba needs of deep changes in economic matter to make in front of the international and territorial context as regards development, for it will sum up it a process of decentralization that endows the local government of more autonomy as regards administration. The multiple aspects in the economic and social life and the towns that are identified should be revised and up-to-date, because they evidence effects that are far from the purposes of the socioeconomic system that one wants to build. The program of the discipline Finance therefore, it should provide the students of the universe of knowledge that require to face problems of the specialty inside of and outside of the country, without losing of view the real context in that the economy Cuban today it is unwrapped, but neither the fact that the own means in that this he/she has intended to survive and to be developed it demands that the graduate one is able to study, to understand and to explain the financial phenomena of the current world, because he/she will only be able to this way to contribute actively to find the balance that is wanted among the national conception of the project of socioeconomic development and the adaptations that that means requires. In this sense, he/she intends as optional subject of the discipline, the subject Economic, directed Present time, in the fundamental thing, to provide to the students elements associated to the local development. Therefore, it is purpose of this investigation to elaborate a didactic material for the subject Optional II Economic Present time.
