ACTIONS TO FAVOR THE BACHELOR`S TRAINING QUALITY AT CAMILO CIENFUEGOS MILITARY SCHOOL

One of the purposes of the educational systems, in most of the countries, is to improve the educational services; among these, Cuba occupies a high place by the importance that gives to the education. some of the aspects that get involved in the elevation of the quality of the education are the improvement of the pedagogical process, in such a sense, this work carried out some valuations of the potentialities and inadequacies detected in this process, in the formation of high schools, in general as in their preparation to continue superior studies, in particular, at the same time it formulates a proposal of educational actions that favor the improvement of the students from Camilo Cienfuegos Military Schools Those actions include the methodological aspects to put them in practice, in order to favor the development of the pedagogical process, the level of the workers and students' satisfaction and an appropriate social impact that it is demonstrated through the knowledge, skills and behavior that the students manifest in the continuity of studies in the universities. The results are positive from all the selected indicators. With the appropriate adaptations, the actions can be used in other schools of the same level
