PEDAGOGICAL STRATEGY FOR THE INITIAL TRAINING OF THE FOREIGN LANGUAGE PROFESSIONAL FROM ITS PROFESSIONAL PROBLEMS

In this work the authors consider significant for the initial formation of professionals of education in foreign languages the existing relation among professional problem-main integrative discipline-educational research methodology to favor the pedagogic professional way of acting from the management, treatment and socialization of knowledge, at the same level of development of communicative abilities in the languages they study. As a point of reference, there are practicum, specialized literature revision, observation and statistical data. The proposal made possible to harmonize this relation, that has its basis in the formative-educative content of each of the subjects of the above mentioned discipline, so as to attain the objectives and regulate the educative process a pedagogic strategy has been formulated which entails the dimensions of thinking, feeling and acting of the professional in initial formation to accomplish the conduction of the educative process in the different teaching levels in an independent way and with methodological and upgrading perspectives, assuming the principles of foreign language teaching didactics to give solutions to problems that affect the exercise of the profession; another significant aspect: the systematic valuation of the work results to project solutions and the constant improvement of teaching, reaching the formation of a culture and an identity in the specialty. As one results of this work it is also evidenced a scale that allows measuring the standards of behavior of the pedagogic professional way of acting in the major.
