CURRENT INVESTIGATIONS ON THE PORTFOLIO EVALUATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL CONTEXT

The objective of the research is to specify the perspectives of the investigations that at the moment are carried out on the evaluation portfolio. The method of literature revision is used, the methodology is developed through: study type, source of data, investigation questions, search strategy, inclusion approaches and exclusion, summary of data and the analysis of results. The obtained results indicate that at the present time, Spain is the country where more works have been published on the topic, followed by Mexico, and that there is a prevalence of the empiric investigations, which generally describe experiences. Very scarce are the theoretical studies and the revision investigation which focuses are: the portfolio like evaluation tool and like teaching modality. The investigation perspectives are framed in the digital and not digital portfolio. It can be concludes that the perspective of more works investigated is the reflection, continued in smaller measure, the formation of competitions, development of the student's responsibility, tutorships and significant learning. It is not investigated in relation to the assignment of the tasks for the poortfolio, according to the characteristics peculiar of the learning of the students, as well as the diversity in ways, styles and learning rhythms.
