A perspective of gender and youth in the University Branch of Baragua

This work seeks to offer a global vision of the incipient protection on the cultural common property generated by the agrarian activity along the history and to meditate about the values, there are scarce investigations that incorporate gender as an explanatory variable, due to the differential trajectories of young people (from the perspective of the study of transition processes) or of the specificity of the feminine role in juvenile cultures (from the perspective of the study of the juvenile subcultures). Finally, we think about some of the challenges and perspectives of future studies about youth and gender. It is important to recognize the women's role in the agrarian sector and the whole empowerment that it has, it is for that reason that this investigation has as an objective to evidence how women's role is played and addresses how youth assume roles in leading tasks in the field of production. Several methods were used to solve the existing problem, obtaining satisfactory results at country level, in the province and also implemented in three municipalities, Baragua, Venezuela and 1ro de Enero, in the specific case of Baragua, we have the creation of the Local Agricultural Groups of Innovation (GIAL).
