Formative and developmental assessment in Cuban universities

The evaluation like component of the teaching process and learning is the one in charge of regulating this process for what plays a momentous paper in the educational change. The formative and developed evaluation promotes, guides, regulates and produces significant learnings and developers. The objective of the present work is to propose a group of suggestions that contribute to implement a formative and developed evaluation in the processes of teachings and learnings of the different subjects of the Cuban universities that it allows to elevate the quality of these. In this investigation were applied the following mtthods: historical-logical, hypothetical-deductive, system focus, documental analysis, documental analysis, experimentation and statistical methods. The established suggestions were introduced in the group of second year of the career of Licentiate of Accounting and Finances of the Municipal University Center of Consolación del Sur in the subject Mathematical Superior II during the first semester of the school course 2018-2019. A favorable change was appreciated in the learning of these students after having implemented this suggestions.
