Abstract

The article presents a training strategy for the dynamics of socio-integrative projects for the training of citizen security professionals of the National Experimental University of Security (UNES) of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, which responds to the need to solve the problem Diagnosed in this process, that part of the limited use of resources for social interaction by students of citizen security in relation to their professional development in different contexts. The article presents the essential elements of a formative strategy, which is based on a model of the dynamics of this process which takes into account the dialectical relationship between the systematization of contextual praxis and professional research by projects. In the work the criteria offered by the specialists consulted from the socialization workshops are presented, as well as the partial exemplification of the strategy, which allowed to verify the feasibility and feasibility of the same.
