LA IMPORTANCIA DE LA DETERMINACIÓN DE INDICADORES DE DESARROLLO. LA UNIDAD DE LO AFECTIVO Y LO COGNITIVO

This paper is the result of an exhaustive analysis carried out a series of bibliographies relating to the topic. The study allowed establishing links between the elements of analysis and determining what the causes that exist are in the current higher education with respect to the same. It presents the postulates that remain current in terms of learning and the determination of development indicators, which allow you to determine the most pressing items on this important topic in the training of competent professionals. It aims to highlight the importance of dynamics of emotion and affection on the implicit theories that handle both teachers as learners in order to propose techniques of interpersonal knowledge and values, promoting the preparation and reflection of the teachers to do so. Contributions from Sastre Vilarrasa and Moreno Marimón (2003) in so much tecnico-didactico material for work in the classroom are considered in particular without going into the content of the same. General conceptualization of Wellman, on cognitive models, makes it possible to join both motivational constructs (Nuttin, j., 1980) as of intrapsicologicas units of analysis. These explanatory systems allow to hold the orientations of the changes required in the academic curricula practices, to integrate the discoveries of the interpersonal skills of knowledge among adolescents in particular, without neglecting the unifying perspective of a General Psychology and development.
