Address the various elements which serve as basis for the process of socio-community training of the University student, with emphasis on its epistemological aspects that serve as support to the main results of the research. The study has allowed revealing the need for curriculum management supported from the epistemological and axiological essence of University social responsibility for the process of training partner community of the College student in relation to the diversity of the professional context. The current inconsistencies do not ensure a sufficient level of systematization in the process of socio community formation and curricular management from the relationship: University - University social responsibility - community and their integration with the University management.
