Didactic training of teachers for the contextualization of teaching and learning media in the Angolan elementary school

Abstract

The use of didactic means is studied by researchers from interdisciplinary perspectives and in correspondence with various pedagogical approaches; however, in practice, there is insufficient knowledge of the functions of the means, their classification, the sequence of methodology according to the type of class, the relationship between the method and the means used, as well as the relationship between the selected form of organization and the means of the teaching-learning process. For this reason, the objective is: to model the didactic training of teachers for the contextualization of the teaching-learning means. The holistic configurational theory and the holistic dialectical method were used, as a results, the following dimensions were determined: integration of knowledge, didactic contextualization and professional identity, based on the relationships between the new configurations in each dimension, the following qualities emerge: assertive orientation of knowledge, contextual socio-professional systematization and generalization of the didactic training of teachers.
