The article offers technical foundations about the pedagogic selfness and otherness categories from the initial formation of the professional of the education under universalizing conditions keeping in mind the appearances of authors that develop analysis in diverse sciences of the education. It has relationship with the results of the doctoral investigation: The pedagogic dignity in their identity dimension in the professionals of the education in initial formation under conditions of universalizing that carries out in the University of Las Tunas. In the current moments it constitutes a necessity to investigate theoretically on the pedagogic selfness and otherness, as well as to materialize in the practice their boarding from the pedagogic process in the Pedagogic Superior Education, when considering that among its challenges it is the formation of individuals payees of attitudes and essential values for the exercise of the profession that manifest in the understanding of their reason of being a teacher through the pedagogic way of professional performance in diverse contexts.
