USE OF SOFTWARE IN TEACHING THE BASIC ENGLISH LANGUAGE TO PEOPLE WITH VISUAL DISABILITIES

The learning of English as a foreign language in people with visual disabilities is a major problem in Ecuador, so in this research we focus on the growing access to technology, since it has promoted the inclusion of technological tools in the classroom. Then the need arises to know the perceptions of the teaching of the Basic English language through the implementation of educational software in the teaching-learning process of people with visual disabilities, for them we use Empirical methods such as interview and student surveys and Teachers The conclusions indicate that the use of technology in the process of teaching and learning English in people with visual impairment means taking into consideration factors such as the role played by the student, their learning styles, the importance of the selected technological resource, their support for learning, the teacher's role and his teaching approach.
