ADMINISTRATION OF THE QUALITY FOR THE PROFESSIONAL'S OF PHYSICAL CULTURE FORMATION FROM THE UNIVERSITY EXTENSION

Abstract

The work has as proposal elements the administration of the quality for the professional's of Physical Culture formation, on the base of two supports: the storm, expert as the time free of people to develop their activities, and the material, referred to the urban environment where these they are unwrapped in the context of the university extension. The investigation intervenes in the environment of the educational thing leaving of the professional and cultural necessities of the students, through two roads cognitive, the aptitudinal toward abilities, dexterities and the attitudinal that he/she has to do with the formation of values. These results are achieved starting from the application of the pattern of administration of the quality of the sociocultural animation, having for objective, to give answer at the same time to the professional and cultural necessities of the students that it achieves their correct integral formation, he/she allows to carry out actions in function of favoring the work of the different cultural manifestations and professionals in an inclusive climate, participative and educational, by means of the analysis of the initial diagnosis starting from the employment of theoretical and empiric methods, you interview, surveys of satisfaction and the approach of experts. Essential aspects as their integral formation in the social transformation of the community, where identity, solidarity and participation are reasons of weight to make front from the autochthonous thing, to the culture of the consumerism, portadora of discrimination of all type, violence and individualisms.
