Background in the training of dermatology residents in the Treatment of Basal cell Carcinom with the use of HeberFERON

The article presents the results of the analysis of a historical study of the training process of Dermatology residents, with emphasis on the formation of competence in the treatment of basal cell cancer with the use of HeberFERON, in the province of Holguín, Cuba. To carry out the study, empirical methods were used: interviews, surveys, review of program and other official documents related to this process. At the theoretical level, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and the historical-logical method were used to reveal the way in which the actions of the formation and development of the basal cell cancer treatment competence with the use of HeberFERON were varied. Regularities were defined in its development that indicate the need to structure the profile of the care competence for the treatment of Basal Cell Carcinoma with the use of HeberFERON in the Dermatology resident.
