Impacts of the graduate degree in the Municipal University Center of Majibacoa and their contribution to the local development

This work contributed to the administration of graduates in the Municipal University Center Majibacoa, where it was conceived as a recurrent process to make effective and pertinent the administration, in the following stages were included: characterization of the entities and prioritized organisms of the territory, quantification of the potential of professionals, determination of necessities of formation graduate degree, conception of the graduate degree plan and development of this, evaluation of the impact of the graduate degree programs and a continuous feedback with the necessities of formation graduate degree. The investigation considered the results obtained in the diagnosis of the upgrading necessities and of the impact of the activity graduate degree carried out in the period 2016-2019. The biggest impacts demonstrated the satisfactory behavior of the indicators of professionals that you/they are overcome in different graduate degree figures; they were included, masters, courses and shops.
