Interdisciplinarity and its link with the components of the initial training process from the Electrotechnics discipline

In this work, from the revision of the document of the methodological work of the Labor Education department of the Las Tunas University, insufficiencies of a conceptual-methodological nature were determined to achieve the integration of the academic, the labor, the investigative and the extension, with emphasis in the context of community projects. In addition, a methodological proposal is offered from the interdisciplinary work from the Electrotechnics discipline, taking as support the theory proposed by Fiallo (2001) and the analysis of the documents of the discipline and the Bachelor of Education, Labor Education career. The methods used were: study of documents; to review the guiding documents of the initial training process and the specialized literature and the modeling for the elaboration of the methodological proposal.
