Abstract

The communication system and management represent an important element as a teleological mechanism oriented goals, providing significant impacts in the context of organizations, upon awakening interest in scientific research for executives and professionals who provide services in the various institutions. A communication strategy is a process with systemic character dominated by synergistic elements that facilitate and guide management achieving an inclusive effect, expression of a culture and participatory vocation. This work is an approximation to the knowledge of the communicational system expressed as a strategic intention of educational, productive organizations or research managers.
