Abstract

One of the main challenges that the teacher faces is how to adequately and efficiently facilitate knowledge to their students. The purpose of this paper is to show that effective communication and professional experience are two fundamental factors that help teachers to face this challenge. These two factors combine in such a way that they generate new tools and detonate ideas that allow students to build their knowledge and thus raise the quality of the teaching-learning process. In addition, it is also important to highlight the fundamental role played by the pedagogical and technological preparation acquired by teachers through courses, seminars and/or workshops.
