SOCIOCULTURAL PROJECT THAT FAVORS THE CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERSONALITY OF SOCIAL GROUPS IN THE SOCUCHO-LA LLANITA COMMUNITY

Abstract

Sociocultural projects promote the conscious action of social groups, as protagonists of the transformation and solution of environmental problems that affect coastal ecosystems, and with it, human survival. The work aims to present the main elements of the sociocultural project to develop environmental culture in the Socucho-La Llanita community, which favors the change and development of the personality of social groups. Various sociocultural projects and scientific investigations that have taken into account the interaction of man with her socio-historical-concrete context are taken as reference. The methodology is used for community sociocultural work and the design, evaluation and systematization of community sociocultural transformation projects; methodologies that guide the research and the structure of the project that allows organizing the action plan to be developed. Different methods and techniques were used in the research, among which stand out: the historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, scientific observation, consultation with specialists, critical analysis of sources, the interview, survey, completion of sentences , the ten wishes technique and the SWOT matrix. The project achieves, as a result, the formation and development of the community's environmental culture, which favors the change and development of the personality of these social groups, so that each individual is capable of consciously influencing the reality that surrounds them, transforming it, and transform yourself.
