The research is proposes a methodology of orientation educational for the teachers of the career pedagogia-psychology of blind of avila that contribute to the welfare of the students since of knowledge of its needs. For the implementation of the methodology is enables them initially to the teachers of the career in the art of the orientation. The methodology consists of three stages the first is the creation of preconditions and diagnostic of the needs fundamental of student. The second phase is of planning where is reports the proposal of orientation educational and the problematic to the that is them will give treatment. In the phase three of execution is implements the same and is evaluates systematically.
